These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website https://chasqui.store (the "Site") and the purchase of products offered by Figari S.A.C. (RUC 20615803708) ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you acknowledge having read, understood, and fully accepted these terms.
1. Products & Orders
Orders are confirmed only after payment has been verified. Each yearbook and photo package is personalized per student: before paying, please carefully verify that the student name and grade are correct. Once payment is confirmed, no changes to the order (student, grade, or pickup point) will be accepted unless there is a manifest error attributable to Chasqui Store.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and include IGV (18%) where applicable. We accept credit and debit cards processed through Openpay (a PCI-DSS certified payment processor), as well as direct bank transfers to the accounts listed at checkout. Chasqui Store never receives or stores your full card number — those details are processed directly by Openpay. Payment must be completed and credited before your order enters production.
3. Electronic Receipts (SUNAT)
We issue electronic Boletas and Facturas in accordance with SUNAT rules. Please provide accurate data (DNI or RUC, fiscal name and address) when placing the order: once the receipt is issued, corrections require a credit note rather than a simple modification. Receipts are sent to the email on file within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
4. Pickup
All orders are delivered via pickup at Roosevelt school, at the division (EC, ES, MS or HS) selected at checkout. We do not offer home delivery. Yearbooks are available for pickup after the Seniors Breakfast; photo packages take 1–2 weeks to produce after the order window closes. You will receive specific email instructions once your order is ready, including date, time slot, and pickup point.
5. Refunds & Returns
Given the personalized nature of the product, all sales are final. We grant refunds at our discretion for defective products or manifest errors attributable to Chasqui Store. Photo packages are no longer refundable once production has begun. Card refunds typically post in the issuing bank's statement within 5–10 business days; bank-transfer refunds are coordinated by email to the account you provide. 6. Availability
Past-year yearbooks are offered while stock lasts and are not reprinted once sold out. The store operates seasonally, aligned to the school calendar; check the homepage for closing dates of each product. Chasqui Store reserves the right to accept or decline orders based on operational capacity, availability, or any other legitimate commercial criterion.
7. Intellectual Property
All images, text, photographs, illustrations, and designs published on the site are the property of Figari S.A.C. or are used with authorization from their respective rights holders. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation without prior written authorization is prohibited, except for uses permitted by law. Brands and logos appearing on the site are the property of their respective owners. Placing an order or sending a message to Chasqui Store does not transfer any exploitation rights to the user.
8. Consumer Protection & Complaints
Your rights as a consumer are protected by Ley N° 29571 — Consumer Protection and Defense Code. In accordance with D.S. 011-2011-PCM, we make a virtual Libro de Reclamaciones available to you. We respond to every complaint within 15 business days, the non-extendable period set by art. 24 of Ley N° 29571 (as amended by Ley N° 31435). If our response does not resolve your complaint, you may take the matter directly to Indecopi.
9. Limitation of Liability
The site is provided "as is". Chasqui Store does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absolute absence of errors and, to the maximum extent permitted by Peruvian law, its liability for any claim arising from the order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of user data caused by third parties, or content of external linked sites that we do not control.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Judicial District of Lima, without prejudice to consumer rights recognized by Ley N° 29571.
11. Changes
We may update these terms at any time to reflect operational changes or new legal requirements. The version in force will always be the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
