These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website https://chasqui.store (the "Site") and the purchase of products offered by Figari S.A.C. (RUC 20615803708) ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products & Orders
All orders are processed upon confirmation of payment. Each yearbook is personalized per student — please ensure the student name and grade are correct at checkout. Changes cannot be made after payment is confirmed.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and include IGV (18%) where applicable. We accept credit and debit cards via Openpay, and direct bank transfers to accounts listed at checkout. Payment must be completed before order processing begins.
3. Electronic Receipts (SUNAT)
We issue electronic boletas and facturas as required by SUNAT. Please provide accurate document data (DNI or RUC, fiscal name and address) at checkout. Receipts are sent to your email within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
4. Pickup
All orders are picked up at school. There is no home delivery. Yearbooks are available for pickup after the Seniors Breakfast. Photo packages take 1–2 weeks to produce. You will receive instructions via email once your order is ready.
5. Refunds & Returns
Due to the personalized nature of yearbooks, all sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for defective products or in cases of manifest error. Photo packages are non-refundable once production has begun. Refunds to cards typically appear in your statement within 5–10 business days. For bank transfers, we will coordinate the refund to the account you provide.
6. Availability
Past yearbooks are available while stock lasts and will not be reprinted once sold out. The store operates seasonally. Check the homepage for current closing dates.
7. Intellectual Property
All images, text, and design on this site are the property of Figari S.A.C. or their respective licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or use without written permission is prohibited.
8. Consumer Protection & Complaints
Your rights as a consumer are protected by Ley N° 29571 (Código de Protección y Defensa del Consumidor). For complaints or claims, please use our Libro de Reclamaciones. We respond within 30 calendar days as required by INDECOPI.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Peruvian law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or consequential losses beyond this amount.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lima.
11. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
