Yearbooks will be available for pickup the day after the Senior Breakfast. Photo packages are produced on demand and take 1 to 2 weeks from the date of your order.

No. Once a yearbook edition sells out, it will not be reprinted. We recommend ordering early to secure your copy.

We accept:

- Credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express — processed securely via Openpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified)
- Bank transfer: Direct transfer to our BBVA US$ account (account number and CCI shown on your order confirmation page)

Yes! On the product card, click "+ Student" to add more. Enter each student's name and grade, then click "Add to cart". All students are added together in one order, and each yearbook is tagged to the correct student for pickup.

Both include professional school photos of your child but differ in number and size of prints. Toggle between A and B on the product card to see the specific contents and price of each. Photo packages are available for EC3 through G11 only.

Yes. They will need your order number and the student's name for verification at the pickup location.

Select "Bank transfer" at checkout and place your order. On the confirmation page you will see:

- Bank: BBVA
- Account number
- CCI (interbank code)

Transfer the exact order amount using your Order ID as the payment reference. Then email the transfer receipt to our contact email with your Order ID in the subject line.

These are Peruvian tax document types required by SUNAT:

- Boleta (Receipt): For individuals. Requires your DNI (8 digits), foreign ID (CE), or passport number.
- Factura (Invoice): For businesses. Requires your RUC (11-digit tax ID starting with 10 or 20), registered business name, and tax address.

Both are valid electronic documents. The receipt/invoice is sent to your email.

The closing date is announced by the school and shown on the homepage. After that date, no new orders can be placed.

Some past editions may be available while stock lasts. Check the "Past Yearbooks" dropdown on the store page. Sold-out yearbooks will not be reprinted.

Photo packages are available for EC3 through G11. G12, alumni, and staff photos are handled separately.

Individual photos cannot be previewed before purchase due to school security and privacy policies. However, all student photos appear in the yearbook, so you can see them there before deciding on a photo package.

Photo packages are produced on demand after your order. Production time is 1 to 2 weeks. You will be notified when they are ready for pickup at your student's office.

Orders cannot be modified online once placed. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible and we'll help you with changes or cancellations (subject to production status).

Yes. Card payments are processed by Openpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card number is tokenized on Openpay's secure servers — we never see or store your card details. The checkout uses HTTPS encryption.
