Purchases/Payment
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your contact information and credit card number.
If the product/item cannot be delivered or completed, a refund will be made accordingly.
Openpay is the default Payment Processing Platform and accept the following local credit/debit/prepaid cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Diners Club.

Our Service allows you buy students photos packages and/or buy Yearbooks.
Figraphic S.A.C. respects and complies with the regulations established by the Peruvian law of Protection of Personal Data and its regulations (hereinafter, the "regulation of personal data").
In compliance with the Regulation of Personal Data, Figraphic will consider that users and/or clients of the www.figraphic.com web site ("web site") have adequately provided their consent to the processing of their personal data when used when they agree and chose to "click", “mark”, "accent", "touch", "pad" or similar when they are asked for their consent and acceptance of these terms.
Clients are informed that the personal data collected through electronic forms of the referred web site will be stored in a database owned by Figraphic S.A.C., domiciled at Av. Larco 730, Int 301, Miraflores, Lima and might shared part with third parties who assist us with data hosting and maintenance, analytics, customer care, marketing, payment processing and security operations.
Products
All yearbook and yearbook photos are physical products and at no moment is available for download. All digital information regarding any of them are kept in offline disks and are at no moment transmitted or shared through this site, except for the yearbook covers, to be shown as products.
PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING AND TIME OF CONSERVATION
Figraphic S.A.C. collects the personal data provided by visitors at check out through electronic forms in order to fulfill orders, including, without limitation, your contact information, student name & grade and credit card number.
Consent to this Privacy Policy authorizes Figraphic S.A.C. to store the personal data for up to 01 year. Any personal data used to create invoices will be store according to SUNAT requirements.
Treatment and Transfer
Figraphic S.A.C. has adopted the technical security measures necessary to protect the personal data of visitors to the web site, maintaining its confidentiality, and prevent access by unauthorized third parties. Access to the personal information provided will be restricted only to authorized Figraphic S.A.C. & Colegio Roosevelt’s staff.
However, the information collected will be transferred to Linode, Zapier and Google Inc, companies that provides us the management services web site, whose servers are located in the United States of America, as well to Openpay, Culqi and SUNAT, companies that provide us with the payment gateway and invoice, whose servers are located in Peru.
Rights Of The Holder Of Personal Data As Holders Of Personal Data
As holders of personal data, visitors to the website may revoke, at any time and free of charge, authorization provided and exercise the rights provided for in the Regulation of Personal Data (right of access and right of rectification, right of cancellation right of opposition, among others).
